Should you need to return your purchase, SAINT MADDOX will gladly allow any full priced item to be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with hangtags tags attached. Sale purchases are final.


To initiate an exchange/return please follow steps below.

  • Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise contact Saint Maddox by emailing: If your exchange is within the 14 day window we will email you a Return Authorization number within 2 business day after receiving your email.
  • Once your return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label. Please send back the items you wish to return within 2 days of receiving the shipping label.  Please make sure to include a copy of your Packing Slip (with RA number written on it). We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not shipped out within 2 days of receiving the shipping label.
  • Once we have received your return and it has been approved, we will credit the cost of the product and tax back to your original payment method.



Follow process above. On your Packing Slip, mark your requested size change or suit change. Once your return is approved, we will check our inventory to see if we have it available and ship out. If we do not, we will contact you and credit your account. 

Should you like your suit faster, we suggest returning the items and doing a second purchase on our site to guarantee the product is still available.
